What You’ll Be Accountable For

• Receiving & Verifying Materials: Accurately unload and log incoming deliveries.
• Staging Installation Jobs: Prepare and stage materials for 10+ installation jobs each week, ensuring everything is correct and ready to go.
• Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate counts and communicate proactively with our procurement team if stock is running low.
• Order Picking: Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and pick correct fencing components for each job.
• Team Leadership: Direct the daily work of 1–2 warehouse assistants: assign tasks, set expectations, and support their growth.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and well-structured for maximum efficiency.
• Forklift Operation: Safely move materials throughout the facility and yard using a forklift (certification required).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Forklift Certified (or able to become certified prior to starting).
• Skilled in Order Picking , you understand BOMs and can quickly find and prepare exactly what’s needed.
• Experienced in Job Staging , especially in environments where crews rely on you to prep complete and accurate materials.
• Proven Warehouse Leadership , you’ve led small teams and know how to delegate, follow up, and stay ahead of the day’s work.
• Organized, Accountable, and Humble , you own your responsibilities, stay on top of the details, and know how to adapt when things change.
