About JIMBRO
JIMBRO is a boutique winery from Arribes del Duero—the wild border between Spain and Portugal—crafting character-driven wines from rare native grapes like Bruñal, Juan García, Rufete, and Puesta en Cruz. Over the last decade we’ve revived old vineyards and built a tight, five-wine portfolio (3 reds, 2 whites) that’s already turning heads across Europe. We’re now growing in the U.S. and looking for seasoned pros to champion our story in Northern California.

What you’ll do
- Own and grow a NorCal territory through disciplined, relationship-led selling.
- Place and re-order: prospect, sample, present, close, and build sustainable velocity.
- Plan and execute tastings, staff trainings, and targeted events.
- Keep tight notes (CRM/spreadsheet), forecast realistically, and communicate weekly.

What you bring
- Proven wine sales track record in Northern California with active buyer relationships.
- A broker’s mindset: organized, self-directed, resilient, and accountable.
- Curiosity for heritage grapes and the ability to tell a vineyard-first story.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Compensation
- Commission-only (1099): 20% of net sales, increasing to 25% when targets are achieved; uncapped.
