Position Overview

This is a commission-only position ideal for motivated individuals who want to learn sales, earn uncapped commissions, and grow with a team that provides full training and support. You’ll follow a simple script to connect with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and set appointments or refer interested leads to our closers.

Key Responsibilities

• Use our script to reach out to potential customers
  
• Educate homeowners about solar and energy savings
  
• Book appointments or refer leads for closing
  
• Follow up with interested prospects as needed
  
• Track your activity and progress using our tools
  

What We’re Looking For

• No sales experience required
  
• Self-motivated and dependable
  
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
  
• Comfortable speaking with people
  
• Able to work independently and manage your time
  
• Bilingual is a plus (not required)
